6. Returns and Refunds
All Northcann products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@northcann.com or by phone at +370 610 36910 within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if it was damaged or opened.
Returned products must:
- Be in marketable condition (undamaged, clean, and in original packaging)
- Not be used more than one-quarter (¼) of the total package
- Include all protective seals, labels, and accessories
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be issued to your specified bank account within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Items used more than ¼, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
- For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened consumable items may be rejected if they do not meet the above criteria.
